If you didn't know already...

Yes, we are pregnant with our 4th child. We are due on February 19th so I'm 14 and a half weeks along. And yes this was on purpose. I don't really want a gap bigger than 3 years.

Hooray hooray! I'm so excited for you guys!!! 4 kids - that is amazing. How wonderful Lindy!

As for working out - the trick is that you can do whatever you've been doing before you got pregnant for as long as you can. So my workouts haven't changed hardly at all, except I can't run as much as I used to. Everything else I still do.

If you haven't been working out and want to - you still can. You just have to work up to it slowly. Doing toning shouldn't be a problem at all - it'd be running or other cardio that would be hard. So it's probably best to just stick with walking (but even speed walking is fine).

Water aerobis are AWESOME for pregnancy as well. You can do all those very safely.

Yeah, congrats! We are excited for you guys. Your kids are so cute, I can't wait to find out if you will have another boy or girl.

Awhile ago I was working out with the Wii Active on the weekdays, but then I ended up with too many projects to do and too little time. I'm not very good at running because of exercise induced asthma but I should take the kids on walks more often. I should start doing my routine on the Wii Active again. The kids would end up doing it with we. It was so cute!

Joni- The girls really want a little sister. We find out what the baby is in the end of September.
